The exhibit
So many months is Explora’s interactive exhibit, created in collaboration with GRUPPO VILLA CLAUDIA, that recounts the most incredible adventure for every living being: birth.
A journey to discover viviparous, oviparous, ovoviviparous and their reproduction, in an exhibit that combines scientific concepts with play experiences.
So many month represents a unique opportunity to become passionate about scientific topics through an innovative and engaging approach.
Consisting of 5 interactive stations, So many month, is the exhibit for discovering living organisms and the process by which a living organism reproduces.
The exhibit is designed to answer, in an educational and informal way, curiosities related to the birth and functioning of the human body. Through an engaging and accessible approach, the pathway aims to make topics fundamental to personal and social development comprehensible, encouraging discovery through a stimulating and in-depth environment.
The 5 stations:
IF I WERE A LION CUB
An immersive experience that allows you to experience the feelings of a lion cub before birth, in an environment that evokes the savannah with lights, sounds and colors.
A station that can also be used by people with hearing disabilities thanks to the provision of a magnetic induction loop that promotes enhanced sound listening in the presence of a hearing aid.
BACK IN THE BELLY
An exciting journey into the human body during gestation, with a sensory experience that simulates the lights, sounds and colors of the prenatal period.
A usable station even for people with hearing disabilities thanks to the provision of a magnetic induction loop that promotes enhanced sound listening in the presence of hearing aids.
HOW LONG?
An interactive activity to explore the durations and differences in mammalian gestation periods. Trivia and scientific details provide a better understanding of the different living things on the Planet.
KNOCK KNOCK
A station that reveals how ultrasound scans work and allows you to explore the stories kept in the “bellies” of viviparous.
OVIPAROUS AND OVOVIVIPAROUS
A playful and educational activity to discover the differences between oviparous and ovoviviparous, delving into the extraordinary births of different animal species and learning to respect and protect the nature around us.
