The event
The scariest and most fun party of the year is coming!
From 31 October to 2 November, Explora, Rome’s Children’s Museum, will be transformed into a place full of mysterious presences: bats, pumpkins and ghosts will be hiding throughout the museum, ready to accompany young visitors on a thrilling adventure… but one that is yet to be discovered.
As with all Explora activities, play becomes an opportunity to learn, experiment and let curiosity guide you.
Two special workshops, designed for children aged 3 to 11, await families during all visiting times, offering an experience that combines fun, creativity and discovery.
A Halloween weekend of imagination and learning, where every little fear is transformed into wonder.
The programme
Potions on paper
Magic potions, paper and a large cauldron to fill with creativity and a pinch of… ingenuity. Find out how to make marbled paper to send as thrilling mail.
Ages 3 to 5.
The mechanical monster workshop
Mechanisms that intertwine, bind, break free, stretch out and frightening animals that come to life. Discovery and creativity come together to give life to a creation in the blink of an eye.
Ages 6 to 11.
The workshops, offered during visiting hours, are free to attend and do not require booking.
