The event
This February, there are four events in the bookshop dedicated to the Crescere Insieme (Growing Together) project, created with the support of the Lazio Region, L.R. 24/2019, Annual Plan 2025. The project aims to promote a culture based on respect, inclusion and accessibility through educational activities focused on celebrating diversity and protecting children’s rights, with a particular focus on preventing bullying.
The second event will take place on Saturday 14 February at 4 p.m., with an activity, free of charge in the bookshop, dedicated to the book Io, tu e gli altri (Me, You and Others) by Marcos Farina, translated by Lidia Donat and published by Uppa Edizioni.
The animated reading of the book and the activity that follows encourage empathy and self-reflection, which break down cultural barriers and prejudices.
Photographs and video recordings will be taken during the activities.
Upcoming events
- Saturday, 21 February: activity dedicated to the book Cosa è normale? (What is normal?). Age: 5+
- Saturday, 28 February: activity dedicated to the book Che bello condividere (How wonderful to share). Age: 5+
The project Crescere Insieme
Crescere Insieme (Growing Together) includes a series of activities and events offered at the museum, in the green area and in the bookshop, all with free admission for children. It was created thanks to a public notice aimed at allocating grants to public and private CULTURAL SERVICES already included in the respective regional organisations O.A.R., O.B.R. and O.M.R., for the year 2025, for activities and modernisation.
Designed to promote a culture based on respect, inclusion and accessibility, the project offers educational activities aimed at promoting diversity and protecting children’s rights, with a particular focus on preventing bullying. The initiative is aimed at children aged 3 to 11, nursery and primary school pupils, together with teachers, parents and visiting groups.
The next event for families and groups will be held on National Anti-Bullying and Cyberbullying Day – 7 February – in the museum garden.
