Spark 2025
Following the first edition held at Explora, Rome’s Children’s Museum, the second edition of Spark is now scheduled. This workshop is dedicated to operators of educational services in museums and cultural institutions, designed to explore, connect and promote innovative teaching strategies.
This edition is hosted by Muve – Fondazione Musei Civici di Venezia, which on 18 November will open the splendid rooms of Ca’ Rezzonico – Museo del Settecento Veneziano to the Spark audience.
Spark is an opportunity for sharing and inspiration, an event where cultural professionals from museums and public or private institutions can exchange ideas and enrich their skills through short talks and networking sessions, with a focus on learning by doing and openness to sharing.
The focus of the workshop is to provide concrete educational resources and solutions for audience engagement through the sharing of knowledge, direct experience and a peer-to-peer approach.
The presentations focus on research in the field of pedagogy, which is fundamental for understanding, innovating and improving educational processes, promoting more effective and inclusive educational offerings centred on the audience.
As last year, the workshop is free of charge upon reservation and open to all museum professionals, private or public, who wish to contribute their ideas through the dissemination of good practices and experiences, fostering the creation of useful connections to address contemporary educational challenges and the definition of new strategies that actively involve various audiences on the themes of reference of the different institutions.
