The event
From 18 June to 14 July, let’s play with Toby’s Friends Summer Weeks, four weeks of activities dedicated to Nature, proposed thanks to the Toby’s Friends project.
Divided by age group, 3-11 and 6-11, the activities combine discovery and creativity, deepening respect for the environment and raising awareness of green issues.
The activities
Week 1 – 18 to 23 June
Tuesday to Friday in the 15:00 and 17:00 rounds; Saturday and Sunday in the 10:00, 12:00, 15:00 and 17:00 rounds
Seedbed workshop – from age 6
Activity to build a seedbed, discovering Nature’s time in comparison with human time.
Week 2 – 25 to 30 June
Tuesday to Friday in the 15:00 and 17:00 rounds; Saturday and Sunday in the 10:00, 12:00, 15:00 and 17:00 rounds
Renewable energy workshop – from age 6
Activities to experiment with small photovoltaic panels and reflect on the importance of using renewable energy.
Week 3 – 2 to 7 July
Tuesday to Sunday all rounds
Paper workshop – from age 3
making a sheet of recycled paper using tools like in a paper mill.
Week 4 – 9 to 14 July
Tuesday to Sunday at all times
Seed Bracelet Workshop – from age 3
Activity to stimulate direct observation of seeds and the richness of biodiversity.
