Spend your Carnival among games and activities, traditions and innovation, in a place, the museum
ready to give you a fun experience for girls and boys.

Thursday 8 and Tuesday 13 February

Carnival, that fun! – during the afternoon shifts at 15:00 and 17:00, a hilarious activity with the museum team: for all participants an observation challenge to discover precious clues leading to original creations.

Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 February

During the Carnival weekend, open doors to ENGIM VENETO activities.
A group of young people from the second year – Venice Cultural and Tourist Promotion course – arrives directly from the city of Carnival to bring a breath of celebration and creativity to Rome.

The proposed activities, in the 10:00, 12:00, 15:00 and 17:00 shifts on Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 February, are open to children aged 3 to 11.

The activities:

Crazy hats – the activity in which small pieces of paper are transformed into voluminous hats with overflowing shapes.

ENGIM

For the second year, the Explora Museum in Rome opens its doors to the students of ENGIM VENETO and specifically to the course of Cultural and Tourist Reception Promotion, based in Venice.
Professionalism, passion and creativity are the basis of ENGIM’s project at Explora. The proposed activities are a journey through history, traditions, cards and colours that turn into creative moments full of discovery. The project’s contact person, Dr. Gonella Raffaella, takes us to the heart of the extraordinary experience ENGIM offers its youngsters: “Tools and experiences to look at oneself and the world as a gift to be taken care of. With responsibility and commitment, the boys meet the territory with its protagonists and from them extrapolate an educational treasure to be known and valued according to their talents. These training courses make it possible to learn to shape one’s profession in a unique way: starting from one’s own growth, creatively enhancing one’s
their own vision and knowledge. Simple materials, colours and smiles are waiting for you to put on your carnival and make us all beautiful”.
