How old is 25?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Twenty-five years <\/strong>after it first opened, on Saturday 9 May<\/strong>, Explora is celebrating with the very heart of its identity: its visitors<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Girls, boys, schools and families are invited to take part in this event, which offers reduced-price admission of \u20ac9<\/strong> and a range of dedicated activities and workshops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout the day, in the pavilion at 10.00, 12.00, 15.00 and 17.00 and in the outdoor area on a continuous basis from 11.00 to 18.00, all activities will focus on the key themes that have defined the museum over its first 25 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Energy, smiles, science, questions and encounters <\/strong>represent the elements of a dynamic cultural experience, founded on active participation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the children\u2019s museum, every visitor takes centre stage: Explora sets things in motion, celebrating 25 years of energy; invites play, generating 25 years of smiles; it stimulates experimentation, fuelling 25 years of wonder; it encourages creativity, through 25 years of hands-on activities; it opens the door to discovery, with 25 years of science; it encourages critical thinking, with 25 years of questions; and it promotes sharing, building 25 years of encounters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A constantly evolving reality, reflecting the museum\u2019s mission as a living space for learning, connection and growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Explora invites everyone to take part, turning this date into a moment of celebration.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

With solid roots and an eye on the future, the Children\u2019s Museum of Rome reaffirms its commitment every day to an open, dynamic and participatory education.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
